TAWGEAR wants you 100% satisfied with your purchase. Merchandise can be returned within 30 days after delivery for any reason. All original tags must be on merchandise and merchandise must be unused. We will not accept returns after 30 days. All refund charges will be applied to the original tender used to purchase when we receive the returned item(s). Sorry, we do not refund shipping charges. We do not accept returns on merchandise that has been purchased anywhere else other than tawgear.com.

If merchandise is defective, we will replace the merchandise and ship it at no charge. If the defect is caused by the hangtag being ripped from the merchandise, we will not accept the return. Please use scissors to cut off all hangtags from the product. When shipping returns, use a shipping method with a traceable shipping number. We are not responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise nor if it is lost in shipping.
