Shipping Policy


All orders are shipped First Class via the United States Postal Service (USPS) from Madison, WI.  Shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States is a flat $4.95. Packages are delivered in an average of 3-5 business days after your order is received.  Please note that the day after your order is shipped is Day 1 of the 3-5 day shipment estimation. Please allow extra time for holidays. Every package we send will have a tracking number that will be emailed to the email address you provide with your order. This is our proof of delivery. If the carrier has proof of delivery, yet you did not receive your package, you must file a claim directly with the carrier using the tracking number we provided you.

Expedited Shipping
If you prefer faster service, please notify us, and we will work with you to find you the best rate with the best carrier.  Please make note that you require “Expedited Shipping” in the “Order Notes” section located on the checkout page.  Various additional fees will apply depending on service, carrier and location.  Email us at info@tawgear.com or please call 888-395-6046 prior to placing order with your requests.

International Shipping
With International shipping, please notify us via email at info@tawgear.com, and we will work with you to find you the best rate with the best carrier.  Please email us with your order, mailing address, phone number and email address at info@tawgear.com.  Various additional fees and duties may/will apply.

Military Addresses
We love shipping to our Military friends! Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery time to military addresses. It takes 1-3 days for Priority Mail to arrive at the primary military post office, and 2-9 days for First Class Mail. From there, the package is under the control of the military mail system. Your order should arrive in about the same amount of time as other packages from the U.S. (in most cases 7-14 days). The actual transit time depends on where you are stationed. If you have any problems entering your APO/FPO address information, please contact Customer Service by e-mail at info@tawgear.com.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
All shipments will be considered lost if they have neither arrived nor been confirmed delivered after 20 business days. Orders lost due to incomplete address information provided by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and are not eligible for a refund. We do not cover replacement of items damaged or lost by incorrect handling or carelessness by the carrier.

Insuring Shipments
First Class Mail does not guarantee shipment or cover order value.  If you would like to have your order insured, we recommend shipping via either Priority Mail Express or Priority Mail.  With some exceptions, Priority Mail Express shipments include up to $100 of insurance and Priority Mail shipments $50.
