What are the washing instructions for your products?
Many of our products, especially the ones embellished with rhinestones require somewhat delicate care. We recommend hand washing our headwear in cold water with dye and fragrance free detergent, and hang drying.
Can I customize my order with my name or logo?
Yes, we do offer custom embroidery, vinyl, or rhinestone embellishment. If you would like your order customized, please Email a description of what you are looking for, and any artwork to info@tawgear.com All artwork must be vectorized (see link http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vector_graphics) in either .ai or .eps formats
Returns
What is your return policy?
It’s simple! We want you to love everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days for a prompt and courteous refund. You will be refunded in the original tender. Sorry, postage and handling charges are not refundable.
Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Tags must be attached. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the return of merchandise bought at other outlets other than That’s A Wrap’s!® website: tawgear.com. When returning merchandise, we suggest you attain a tracking number when shipping for tracking purposes. Please return your order with the original invoice. Please include a brief note explaining why you are returning the item. We would like to hear from you!

How do I track my order?
A confirmation Email with your tracking number will be sent out to the Email you provided when your order has been shipped.
Can I rush ship my order?
Yes, we can also ship priority mail or express. Additional charges will be applied. To request a rush order, please either call (608) 327-2200, or Email us at: info@tawgear.com
What shipping service do you use?
We ship most orders via USPS. UPS is available upon request, additional charges may incur.
How long does it take for USPS to deliver to Canada?
Using First Class Mail International, deliveries generally take between 7–21 days to arrive, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Mail may travel to its destination by ground, air or a combination of both.
