We shall have the right to cancel any or all contracts or withhold delivery if the customer fails to provide a credit card payment. We accept Visa and MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. If you authorize TAW to charge your credit card account for the amount due for product, this authorization remains in effect for all orders with TAW subsequent to the date of this order, whether placed in writing, telephonically or electronically unless otherwise instructed. All orders will ship by UPS Ground or USPS. FOB is from Madison, Wisconsin. TAW will call or send you an email at the time it charges your account when shipping an order.
Any shortage discrepancies must be reported within 5 days of receipt of an order or TAWGEAR will not be held responsible. No returns after 30 days of receipt of an order. Unauthorized returns with no return authorization number will be refused. Returned merchandise is subject to a 10% restocking fee. Prices listed are subject to change within reason without advanced notice.
